Stephen Bradbery, M.S.- RMHCI
Steve graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2017, and also holds a B.S in Computer Science from the University of Florida. Steve is a post-Master's Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. He has significant experience working in the technology field and is enthusiastic about branching out into psychology as his next career so as to be able to better use his life experience to help people from all walks of life.
Steve’s experience includes The Faulk Center for Counseling in Boca Raton, where he counseled individuals and families on such diverse issues as anger, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. Steve has also led groups in Anger Management, DBT (Dialectic Behavior Therapy), and Senior and Men’s Issues support groups. Steve has also worked at ChildNet/Broward, providing individual and family therapy to a diverse cultural range of clients seeking reunification with children and teenagers who have been removed for reasons of abuse, abandonment, or neglect. Steve is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and has a strong interest in the Internal Family Systems approach to counseling, in which the therapist assists clients in recognizing the competition between the various different parts of their personalities that often leads to inner conflict and outer turmoil. Steve believes that the seeds of healing exist within us all and strives to help each and every client uncover their own inner strength and wisdom.
