Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

Office Policy

Turning Point is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our team members and our clients.    Given that we are now in a National State of Emergency because of the high risk of Coronavirus infection we have decided to close Turning Point offices indefinitely beginning on Monday, March 16th.    This does not mean that you cannot receive therapeutic services.  However, It does mean that all services will be offered remotely as follows:

  • The front office staff will not be physically at the office as of Monday, March 16th.  However, they will be working remotely their regular office schedule, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and answering all phone calls into our office.

  • Therapy and psychiatric services will be offered via telehealth.

  • For existing clients, your therapist will contact you to  discuss telehealth options.

  • For new clients, our office staff will explain telehealth services and intake process.

  • To ensure that our practice adheres to privacy laws, we will use a HIPAA system for telehealth services.  The system is called "Doxy".    Clients will need to register for a free account prior to holding a therapy session with your assigned clinician.  In order to register please go to Doxy.Me.  Doxy can be used on a mobile phone or laptop.

  • Our office will continue following CDC Guidelines regarding General Safety Precautions.
