Elizabeth Sumpf is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), that enjoys working with adolescents and adults to help them improve their mental health, cope with life transitions and heal from trauma and PTSD. She understands the challenges that come along with living in today’s stressful and uncertain society and believes that therapy can be a useful tool to learn how to cope with the demands and changes of everyday life. Elizabeth believes in building a strong relationship with her clients to tap into their unique strengths so that they can heal, recover and create the life that they imagine for themselves.


Elizabeth graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2009. She has over 7 years experience serving the mental health needs of the community. She worked at Jewish Family Service of Broward as a Clinical Supervisor in the Holocaust Assistance Program in which she provided counseling and ongoing care to Holocaust Survivors. She also provided counseling to those in the community coping with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, domestic abuse and life transitions. Elizabeth is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Reiki Level II Practitioner through Yandara Yoga Institute. She believes the additional trainings and experience with yoga and Reiki are a useful complement to her work with clients.
