Nandi Dillard graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fort Valley State University and went on to earn a Masters in Social Work from Widener University.  Ms. Dillard has several years of experience working in Broward County’s behavioral healthcare system. She began her career as an Intake Coordinator and then provided case management for the forensic population; from there she moved on to Targeted Case Management to provide support to young adults and teens who were diagnosed with a mental health condition.  Ms. Dillard is also a youth life coach. She is passionate about strengthening our community’s youth and equipping them with the skills needed to actively work towards their personal goals. Ms. Dillard believes that our youth are the future leaders of our communities and should be encouraged to continuously strive for excellence.
