Nina Ostrosky is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI). Mrs. Ostrosky received a Master's degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University in New York and holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania. She began her career in 2014 working in the Child Welfare System for New York City Foster Care and since has worked in various mental health settings such as hospitals, schools and several non-profit organizations.
Mrs. Ostrosky's approach is client and family centered, focusing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy and Play Therapy. She specializes in working with children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, life stressors, emotional regulation and more. Mrs. Ostrosky looks forward to sharing space with you virtually or in person when you are ready to start your journey toward emotional wellness.
